What if the item I want is out of stock?
You can custom order any of the items that are "out of stock" by filling out the contact form. Please use the subject "Custom Order" and include a link to the item you would like to buy.
All items for sale are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces so do keep in mind that your custom order may not look *exactly* the same as the photos!
What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. Shipping ceramics is always risky, so if it makes it to you in one piece, it's staying there!
My item arrived damaged/broken, what should I do?
If your item arrived damaged, first of all - I am so sorry! Please email me immediately. I can offer a refund or ship a similar item free of cost.
How long does it take for an item to ship?
In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS.
Items that are not in stock are considered a custom order and can take 4-8 weeks to ship (I have to make them, fire them, glaze them, fire them again, then ship them!).
Why does it cost so much to ship?
Shipping fragile ceramics is tricky! I pack each item very carefully with enough packing materials to keep it safe during transport. This means the box may be a bigger size to ensure safe travel. Hence why it costs a bit more than your big box store. Sorry about that!

Do you ship internationally?
